So tonight I spent too much time looking on tumblr for inspiration and too much time pondering what I should do for my next mani. After I realized it was too late to spend time on a detail oriented mani and I said,”Screw it. I’ll just paint them clear and I’ll think of something tomorrow.” After I had painted them clear and they were gleaming in their shiny clear coat nakedness I absent mindedly picked up my black striper and came up with this quick yet awesome mani! Just a bunch of stripes with bottom and top coat.

Um, I guess I’ll call this “Golden Safari”. I was well over due for some animal print on my nails.

October means Halloween nail art! Got this awesome idea from Nail Kandy. Just use half pearls as the eyeballs and then paint on the details and voila! Brilliant!!! Click on the pic to check out her original design.

I’ve been admiring the diamond nail art everyone’s been doin’ so I wanted to try my hand at it, added drips and dots! I call this the Triple D nail set ;)

Sooo, I got a lil side tracked from the nail challenge..my thumb nail cracked a bit and I had to remove my supernatural inspired mani to mend it with super glue then I decided to paint my nails with the new pinky coral color I just bought. This’ll hold me over till I choose a tutorial to be inspired by for day 30 of the challenge. ….side note….those black gems on my ring finger look like black warts or something…oh well

31 Day Nail Challenge day 20: Water Marbled, not my favorite type of design, I just think they all turn out looking like a 70’s psychedelic pattern—ew. SOOO I stayed away from the pretty/funky colors and went straight up metallic and then cleaned them up with a black rim.

31 day nail challenge: black and white….MASHUP!!!!

Day 1 of the 31 Day Nail Challenge: red. Decided to go with a matte red and glossy black rims!

Black Lace inspired by mynailsaredope. It’s hard to see all the different dynamics of this design with the lighting I had so I took two different pics with diff lighting. The backdrop to the lace is a nude color with Essie’s Shine Of The Times on top. Click on the pic to go to the tutorial I used.
